WEC CCTV has recently completed a project in supplying Global Vision Security Solutions with high quality columns and bespoke bracketry to support the installation of an advanced surveillance system. Designed to meet specific operational requirements, the project included the integration of lighting pints directly into the column infrastructure, ensuring optimal visibility and performance across the site.

The system feeds into a newly installed control room, providing operators with a flexible and highly responsive monitoring environment. A multi monitor setup allows for clear, real-time oversight, with four wall mounted displays that can be combined into a single large format screen for live incident management. Alternatively, each screen can operate independently, enabling operators to tailor the layout to suit different operational needs.

The surveillance system itself utilises long range thermal cameras capable of delivering reliable detection in challenging conditions, including darkness, smoke, mist, and dense foliage. This capability is further enhanced by next generation video analytics, ensuring accurate and consistent performance across a range of scenarios. In addition, Avigilon IR PTZ cameras have been deployed to automatically track and lock onto detected activity, providing an additional layer of visual verification and improving overall site security.
