This month, we are celebrating a brilliant milestone for Shaun, who has reached 25 years with WEC Group and has also been named our Welder of the Month!

Shaun has spent all 25 years working as a welder in our CCTV Division, building up a wealth of experience and knowledge along the way. He is a well-liked member of the team and someone who takes real pride in his work, so it is great to see him recognized for everything he does.

Reaching 25 years with the same company is a huge achievement, and being named Welder of the Month in the same month makes it even more special. Shaun is a great example of the people we have across WEC Group who work hard, do a great job, and are committed to what they do.

Long service is something we are really proud of at WEC. When people join us, they often stay for many years, building their skills, developing their careers, and becoming a big part of the team. For many of our employees, WEC really can be a job for life.
