WEC CCTV has successfully completed the manufacture of 32 wall mounted, high security cabinets for a customer project spanning multiple sites across the UK.

The cabinets were designed to provide a secure and durable housing solution for CCTV equipment, ensuring reliable protection in a range of environments. Each unit was designed, fabricated, assembled, and galvanised in-house by the WEC CCTV team, allowing for complete control over quality, consistency, and lead times throughout the project.

Designed fully bespoke to meet the customer’s exact specifications, each cabinet incorporates a range of specialist features to enhance performance and usability. These include a sloped top to prevent water ingress, lift off stainless steel fixings for ease of installation and maintenance, and a pad lock facility to maximise security. A cut-out at the underside elevation has also been included upon request

Additional design elements include a full perimeter rubber door seal to protect internal components from environmental exposure, along with an internal bracket for DIN rail mounting. Manufactured from 316 stainless steel and finished with a high-quality powder coating, the cabinets offer excellent corrosion resistance alongside a clean, professional appearance.

The inclusion of hinged doors ensures ease of access for maintenance and servicing, without compromising on security.
